There is nothing quite as costly as a bad website. Not just ugly, though there is plenty of that going around. Costly, in the sense that a customer compares three businesses, decides yours looks abandoned, and calls somebody else. That decision takes about four seconds and you never hear about it.
Our mission is to make that outcome impossible for anyone willing to answer ten questions about their own business. No coding, no design work, no writing, and no waiting.
Our Story
We have been in technology for decades, long enough to watch a familiar pattern repeat. A local business saves up, hires someone, waits months, and receives something mediocre for a price that stings. Or they try to do it themselves, get eighty percent of the way there, and leave the site half finished for three years because running the business always matters more.
TurnCage came out of the conviction that both of those outcomes are avoidable. Answer a short set of questions, and the design, the writing, the imagery, and the hosting are handled. Ten minutes of your attention, and a website you are not embarrassed to put on a business card.

Sharif Youssef
A technologist and entrepreneur with twenty-five years in the industry, Sharif has spent most of his career close enough to small businesses to see what the web actually costs them. Not the invoice, the opportunity: the customer who picked someone else, the quote never requested, the referral that went nowhere because the link led to a page from 2016.
A first-generation Egyptian American, born in Southern California and raised in Denver, Colorado, he has the particular habit of immersing himself completely in whatever he is currently learning, including coursework at Harvard and Cornell. TurnCage is what happens when that habit gets pointed at a problem he kept watching people lose to.
A great website should not be a reward for having money or free time. It should be the baseline.

TurnCage was founded by Sharif Youssef, a technologist and entrepreneur with twenty-five years in the industry. He is a first-generation Egyptian American, born in Southern California and raised in Denver, Colorado, and has taken coursework at Harvard and Cornell. The company operates as TurnCage, LLC and was founded in January 2023.
What exactly does TurnCage do?
We generate complete websites for small businesses, contractors, and creatives. You answer ten questions to get a page you keep, then the remaining questions after upgrading, roughly twenty in all. It is a website generator rather than a builder, so there is no drag-and-drop editor and no blank template.
Where is the company based?
TurnCage is based in Denver, Colorado. Websites are hosted on Google Cloud Platform, and support is handled by email at [email protected].
