How does this actually work?
You answer ten questions about your business, all multiple choice or fill in the blank, with suggestions offered as you go. The questions are tailored to your trade. Those answers complete about twenty percent of your business profile and produce a real single page, which is yours to keep once you verify your phone number.
What does a TurnCage website cost?
The first page is free and stays free. Starter is a one-time $299 setup plus $399.99 a year, or $39.99 a month, for three pages: home, about and contact. Growth is a one-time $400 setup plus $599 a year, or $69.99 a month, for ten or more pages. Growth on annual billing comes to $999 in year one and $599 every year after.
What is the catch with the free page?
No time limit and no card required, but the free page is deliberately limited. It is one page, it carries a small TurnCage banner above the fold, and it is not indexed by search engines or AI assistants. Upgrading removes all three.
Do I need design or coding skills?
None at all. There is no editor, no layout to arrange and no code. You are answering questions about the business you already run, which is the same set of things a top tier agency would ask you for at the start of a project.
What is in the business profile?
Your business name and what you do, your offerings, your advantages and guarantees, your story, your contact details and how you prefer to be contacted, your search keywords, and how your brand should look and sound. Every part of it feeds the writing, the images and the structure of your site.
Can I add more detail without paying?
Yes. You can take your profile as far as sixty percent at no charge, and the extra detail produces noticeably more specific writing and imagery. The remaining questions are asked once you upgrade, and Growth asks for more than Starter because it builds more pages.
Can I edit the site after it is built?
Yes. Send a text message with what you want changed: a price, a photo, your opening hours. There is no dashboard to learn and no software to install.
Can I cancel, and is the setup fee refundable?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The one-time setup fee covers the hard costs of building and launching the site, so it is non-refundable once the website has been created. The first page is free and live before you decide anything.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Both paid plans include a custom domain free for the first year, and it renews at cost after that. If you already own a domain, you can point it at your TurnCage site instead.
