Create a TurnCage tailor-made website for free. If you like what you see, you’ll have the ability to publish the site for the world to see. Simply chose the plan that’s best suited for you. Each plan includes a small setup fee and monthly subscription. Each plan has unique variations including secure hosting, SSL, maintenance, storage, optimization, text messaging reminders and editing, and more.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees.
Is there a free trial available?

What’s included with my subscription?
Each plan offers a variety of different options. With your monthly subscription you get a beautiful website SEO friendly, SSL security, managed hosting, software maintenance, a vanity URL. Chose from a few plans that include features like Text-to-Edit, SMS Content Update Reminder, additional image storage… and the list goes on and on.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. We provide a try before you buy model due to the hard costs to launch each of our websites. We want to ensure all of our customers love their site, however once a website is created there are hard costs we can’t recover and therefor cannot provide refunds.
How many websites can I create?
Each account/email can create one website. If you want to create multiple websites, you’ll need to create multiple accounts each with a unique email address. If you are a reseller, please contact [email protected].

No, some businesses require features we do not currently offer such as eCommerce solutions, however we’re always innovating and have a long list of features that are scheduled in our product roadmap.
How long does it take to create a website with TurnCage?
With TurnCage’s Ai powered process, your website will be complete in about 10 minutes. This assumes that you have a good understanding of the business you are creating a site for and if you want images on your site, you have the images prepared and ready to upload.
Do I need to learn anything new or need special skills or technical knowledge to use TurnCage?
None at all – we remove all the complexity, guesswork and hassle associated with building a site from scratch. There is nothing to learn, simply fill in the blanks, upload images if you so choose and you’re done!
How does TurnCage’s AI technology work?
Our AI powered technology generates custom content and a website that is created specifically for your business based on the answers to a few questions. All of the content is specifically written for your business and isn’t created from a one-size-fit all cookie cutter content template.
Can I use TurnCage to replace an existing website?
Yes, you can use TurnCage to replace your existing website. If you have a custom domain name you want to use, we’ll provide instructions on how to transfer it over to your new site.

Can I create a multilingual website using TurnCage?

Can I sell digital products on my website with TurnCage?
No, not yet. However, you can link to an existing eCommerce marketplace if you have one. It’ll give people another location on the Internet to find your products/services.

TurnCage is a mobile app, however you don’t need to download it from an app store. We’ve designed our interface to look, feel, and to be just as easy to use as an app. A couple differences, you don’t need to hassle with downloading and regularly updating your app. We’ve added other cool features that enable you to view and edit your site from any mobile device with our Text-to-Edit feature so you can edit your site wherever you are via text message.
Can I cancel my TurnCage subscription at any time?

Yes, TurnCage provides a free vanity domain name with every website, and you are welcome to add a custom domain if you have one.

Yes, SSL certificates are included on every website we create to ensure that your website is safe and secure.And the best part is you don’t need to do anything to set it up. It happens automatically.

How do I upload my portfolio/gallery images?
You can create online galleries and upload your images during setup or anytime afterward from your dashboard.
Can I change my theme from dark to light?
Yes, you can change your theme from dark to light or vice versa as well as the colors used on your site. Don’t worry, no design theory is required. We promise all the colors look great together!

Do you only support US based phone numbers and addresses?
At this time. we only support United States based websites. This means that you can only enter US formatted phone numbers and addresses.
Are TurnCage websites built on Wordpess?
No, all TurnCage websites are built using HTML and CSS and do not use WordPress. We provide a simplified editing experience to edit the essentials.
Does my TurnCage website have to be hosted on TurnCage?
Experience the convenience of the TurnCage website subscription, where we securely host, maintain, and manage your website. The underlying code of your website is protected and cannot be transferred, ensuring the highest level of security.

Which payment processors are supported?
All TurnCage hosted websites must be approved by Stripe through our platform. While setting up your store, we walk you through a seamless, experience to setup everything you’ll need to get your store up and running.
How is shipping calculated/handled?
TurnCage has simplified the shipping payment model by allowing you to enter a flat shipping rate per item. We enable you to provide number of items included in the flat rate shipping price. If possible, we recommend including shipping in the price of you item, and present free shipping to your customers. Because… who doesn’t like free shipping?
What payment methods do you support?
Through our partner Stripe, we offer support for all major US credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not offer direct banking transactions such as online checks, and do not offer net payment support.
Do you integrate with shipping fulfillment services?
At this time, we do not directly integrate with shipping fulfillment services. This feature is on the roadmap and is being scheduled for future release TBD.

We provide you with the ability to set each product as “On Available” or “Many Available”.
How many products can I sell in my store?
TurnCage doesn’t have a limit in regard to the number of products you can sell. Everyone loves unlimited!
Do you support digital product downloads?
Yes, you can sell digital products within your TurnCage store.
Can I sell products internationally?
At this time, TurnCage only supports transaction in the United States.
Which plans include an online store? Do you have transaction fees?
You must be a paid member to have an online store. There are no additional monthly fees, with the exception of a 7% fee plus a $0.75 per transaction.
Does TurnCage online stores offer tax support?
All TurnCage hosted online stores must be approved by our Partner Stripe. Stripe offers tax support for every transaction.

Yes, you can edit all the content from any internet device and alternatively from your text messaging inbox on your mobile phone with our Text-to-Edit feature.
What is Text-to-Edit and how does it work?
Text-to-Edit is a feature you can optionally use that allows you to update content on your website from your verified mobile phone. Simply opt in from your dashboard and follow the instructions. It’s included with every plan.
What is the TurnCage SMS Content Update Reminder and how does it work?
SMS Content Update Reminder is an optional feature that sends you a reminder to review and update your website on a schedule that you choose. Activate this feature from your dashboard.
Is TurnCage’s hosting secure?
Yes, we take security very seriously. All TurnCage websites are securely hosted and are Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certified.
Do I need to worry about software or hosting updates or maintenance?
No, you do not need to worry about anything at all… except running your business and being happy of course! We do everything else for you at no additional charge.
How can I get support if I need help?

Can I use my own domain name with TurnCage?
Yes, you can find a new domain name or use an existing domain you already have. We’ve provided detail instructions within the app explaining how to connect it to your TurnCage site.
Does TurnCage provide e-commerce functionality?
Exciting news! We now offer support for creating your very own online store or eCommerce platform. That’s right, you can now easily buy and sell goods through our services. No need to search elsewhere, we’ve got you covered. So go ahead and start building your dream online store today!
Can I integrate TurnCage with other third-party tools?
We offer a handful of integrations, however for security reasons, we don’t allow integration to every tool. If you can’t find an integration you’re looking for, contact us and we’ll see if we can make it happen!
Is TurnCage mobile-friendly?
Yes, we are more than mobile-friendly, we’re mobile first. Meaning that all of our sites were designed on mobile before expanding to the desktop experience. We want all TurnCage sites to be remarkably beautiful everywhere!
Can I change the design of my website using TurnCage?
Yes, you can choose from a variety of design layouts, color palettes and font pairings.
Can I add my own images to my website?
Yes, we encourage you to add your own images. If you don’t have images you can search free stock images sites that are built in. Or if you prefer, you can visit Unsplash, Pexels or Pixabay to find images you’ll love – for free.
Does TurnCage provide analytics and reporting?
Yes, you can connect your Google Analytics account for advanced reporting and insights. If you don’t have one, we’ve provided instructions on how you can create a free account and get it connected to your site.
Can I create a blog on my TurnCage website?
Not yet, it’s on our product roadmap and will be coming soon.
Does TurnCage provide social media integration?
Your site will look great when shared on any social media platform. However, we don’t truly integrate with any of the social media platforms… we’re not quite sure what we would integrate. If you have a need, let us know!
Can I migrate my website to another platform if I decide to leave TurnCage?
No, due to the complexities of our integrated proprietary AI and effortless maintenance, your website cannot be exported or migrated.
Does TurnCage provide email marketing features?
No, we do not currently provide email marketing features at this time.
Can I create a landing page using TurnCage?
All TurnCage websites include multiple pages that can be used for anything including landing pages.However, if you’re looking for a single page landing page site, we’re saddened to say… we can’t help you.
Does TurnCage provide a backup and restore feature?
Yes, we backup your site and have a restore feature should you wish to go back to a previous version of your site..
Can I add/remove sections or pages from my website?
TurnCage is an AI website generator not a website builder. Each page has been specifically designed to maximize performance, usability, and follows website best practices. You can edit the images and content subject matter of a section, but we do not allow you to add or remove sections or pages.
